As a highly skilled and proficient training developer, I have managed hundreds of training projects from initial assessment through final evaluation. These courses, many of which are assigned to tens of thousands of users, undergo rigorous reviews by SMEs, senior managers, and directors. Some of my recent projects include:

• A complete overhaul of how T-Mobile products and services are offered, sold, and supported through the new T-Mobile T-Life app.
• Marketing, selling, and supporting T-Mobile’s rate plans and services.
• Hands-on training on the newest customer service billing platform, which supports 100+ million customer accounts.
• Tablet-based training on upgrade retail-based customer systems, including T-Life check-in and other retail-facing tools.

Through these projects, I am the lead training developer and decision-maker on project scope, length, modality, and launch timing.
