While leading the effort to train all of our Customer Service representatives on a new billing and customer management system, I utilized Synthesia to create an interactive knowledge check for each lesson. As Synthesia uses iFrames to embed interactive video clips, I could not embed the Synthesia file directly or easily. Instead, I had to create and export separate MP4 clips for each question-and-answer pair. Then, I created a Storyline file to start and stop each MP4 clip with integrated on-screen click points. Finally, that Storyline file was published and embedded directly into the Rise training content.
